Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the room I stayed in, the Executivo Casal-Varanda e Vista Lateral Mar, was very large with 2 double beds providing an excellent night's sleep, and the balcony added a nice touch. However, the room itself was quite small, which felt a bit cramped at times.
The hotel offers a spacious and surprisingly quiet stay but lacks windows, feeling somewhat claustrophobic. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the views from the small rooms were unimpressive. The service provided by Alan, Guilherme, Bruno, and Peter was exceptional, but some interactions were marred by rudeness at the counters. The location stands out for its proximity to Copacabana beach and a variety of restaurants, boasting a nice, clean, and modern ambiance with friendly staff. The dining experience was lovely with a good view, though pricing could be a concern.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, seemed a bit neglected. The service was exceptional, especially during busy carnival days. The location was fantastic, right in front of Copacabana beach, but we encountered unexpected payment issues. The dining options were decent, though breakfast got repetitive. The facilities were adequate, providing a good overall stay.
Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The room with a breathtaking sea view on the 11th floor was simply amazing, offering the most incredible vistas. The service was exceptional, especially from Alan, Guilherme, Bruno, and Peter who were truly outstanding hosts. The location, right in front of Copacabana beach, couldn't have been better. The dining experience was enjoyable, with diverse options. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected but clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. However, the promise of an upgrade that never materialized was disappointing.
Staying at this hotel was a great choice for me. The rooms were larger than expected and far from feeling cramped, though at times, there was a bit of noise from live music in a nearby kiosk. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The location, especially with a direct view of Copacabana, was outstanding, providing easy access to the beach and various dining options. While the dining was decent enough to start the day, there were some minor hiccups like the requested early breakfast not being organized properly. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few small hitches.
